Hi, I’m Vincent, founder of Sustainability Recruiter.
I’ve always loved the ocean. Surfing was my passion, until the day I found myself paddling through waves filled with plastic. Seeing firsthand how human impact was destroying once-thriving marine life was a wake-up call.
Coming from HR consulting, I realized that placing talent in commercial roles wasn’t fulfilling. Frustrated by the lack of purpose-driven opportunities at traditional recruitment agencies, I created Sustainability Recruiter.
